Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Wrong or Incomplete Address:

Please double-check your address before checkout. Higher Purpose is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Higher Purpose is not liable for loss or theft. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
