Refund Policy
Eligibility:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@higherpurpose.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Sale or clearance items
- Limited-edition drops
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Use a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@higherpurpose.com with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us if you need to exchange for the same product.
